We are looking for a search engine optimisation specialist for a permanent full-time role based in our South Melbourne office.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience creating and delivering proven SEO strategies, ideally in an agency environment. We’re looking for an SEO expert that understands and stays up-to-date with the ever-evolving SEO landscape. The role requires a strong analytical and data-focused mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, reviewing and analysing SEO opportunities for our large portfolio of clients
• Conducting SEO website audits
• Carrying out comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities
• Creating and implementing strong on-page optimisation strategies
• Creating and implementing off-site optimisation strategies and link analysis
• Developing link building strategies
• Managing and tracking SEO campaign progress
• Analysing SEO strategies used by competitors
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in search, analytics and digital marketing

Key Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience with SEO – agency experience will be highly regarded
• Working knowledge of Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush and other SEO tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical issues
• Ability to work efficiently, while remaining organised and task oriented
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects
• A positive attitude
• Ability to work within a team, as well as independently
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a team dynamic
• Proficiency with Search Console, MS Office, WordPress and other CMSs

An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and passionate Digital Account Manager with an experience in search engine marketing. We are an award winning progressive digital marketing agency located in Port Melbourne with a focus on performance and results.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be up to date with the latest Google trends in SEO and demonstrate a proven track records of success in SEO.

This role would include but not limited to:

• Enrich client accounts
• Work with small to medium sized clients almost autonomously
• Identify SEO opportunities for clients.
• Conduct SEO Site Audits.
• Comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with your team to create carefully tailored SEO strategies
• Implement these strategies with SEO Specialists (content marketing, technical off-page and on-page)
• Manage and track SEO campaign progress.
• Professional client liaising skills.
• Keep clients in the loop on our strategies and tactics.

• 1-2 years previous SEO experience – agency experience is highly regarded.
• Working Knowledge of MOZ, Ahrefs, Semrush and other SEO tools.
